Statistical data on library activities

 

GENERAL FUND:

As of January 1, 2025, the total fund of the Zafarabad District Information and Library Center is 5974 titles and 18,298 copies.

During 2024, 538 titles and 2195 copies of new literature were added to the AKM fund.

 

Of these,

- 420 titles and 2023 copies of literature were purchased at the expense of budget funds.

- 118 titles and 172 copies of literature were received free of charge.

 

USERS:

As of January 1, 2025, the total number of readers of the Zafarabad District Information and Library Center is 4241.

 

Of these,

- 970 new members, 6633 readers, 19910 books issued;

 

MOBILE LIBRARIES:

As of January 1, 2025, the Zafarabad District Information and Library Center provided services through 99 mobile libraries.

 

Of these,

- 1,718 mobile library members, 2,728 publications placed in mobile libraries, 3,436 books issued in mobile libraries;

 

SPIRITUAL EDUCATIONAL EVENTS:

As of January 1, 2025, 116 spiritual educational events were organized in the Zafarabad District Information and Library Center, with 3,885 participants and 17 partner organizations.

 

Of these,

- Book presentations – 14, number of participants – 160, partner organizations – 2;

- Number of events held with clubs – 13, participants – 660, partner organizations – 6;

- Other types of events – 89, participants – 3065, partner organizations – 9;

 

Coverage in the media and social networks – 390, articles – 2;

 

DIGITALIZATION:

As of January 1, 2025, a total of 602 titles of literature consisting of 200520 pages were digitized in the Zafarabad District Information and Library Center and processed and made into ready-made pdf.

The number of book trailers and videos prepared during the year – 115;

 

Of these,

- Book trailers: 43

- Videos: 72

 

Based on the Unicat system program;

- Creation of bibliographic records 159,

- Editing of bibliographic records 407.
