DUTIES:

Organizes methodological guidance for district information and library institutions, coordinates their activities;
Supervises the financial accounting activities of the AKM, strengthening the regulatory, legal and material technical base, and introducing automation of library work processes in the center;
Seeks ways to enrich the AKM fund with press works and electronic resources, and conducts cooperation with publishing houses and other information agencies;
The Center determines the cost estimate, staffing table, tasks of structural units, approves job descriptions, regulatory documents on internal procedures;
Resolves issues related to the social, legal, and scientific activities of the Center's team;
Creates conditions for the preservation and effective use of state and Center property;
Makes changes within the approved structure of the Center and the limited number of staff units;
Ensures strict compliance of the Center's employees with current labor laws;
Considers proposals to improve the conditions for the preservation and effective organization of the Center's resources;
Creates conditions for the scientific activity and social development of the team;
Is responsible for the implementation of technical safety, fire safety, and sanitary rules;
Acts on behalf of the organization
